Gmail Bot privacy policy

Gmail Bot is used only by its owner, on his own Google account. It reads, labels and files that account's email and Drive files so the owner can keep his inbox organized.

It does not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone. Data stays in the owner's own Google account. It does not use Google user data for advertising, and it does not use it to train general AI models.

Gmail Bot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
